Classes place emphasis on the physical conditioning and cardiovascular benefits of Thai Boxing while learning effective self-defense strategies at the same time.

Boxing
Boxing is striking art that involves strikes with the fists and limits legal blows to above the waist and the front, as well as, sides of the opponent. Boxing is a fantastic way to improve you overall conditioning. Classes place emphasis on fundamentals, as well as, the physical conditioning and cardiovascular benefits of Boxing while learning effective strike, defense and counter strike strategies that could be very effective in a defense situation.
Our Boxing program is a total body conditioning program, which combines techniques, extensive calisthenics, conditioning and endurance training that will shed excess weight, improve muscular endurance and contribute to ease of body movement.
